Infinite variety
Welcome to this esperimenti-journal
Again and again I have been asked why I have chosen for having more than one gallery on deviantArt, with the extra trouble and cost which are implied. So here my answer again.
My jchanders-gallery here on devArt is a nature gallery, taking nature in a broad sense. My interest in nature is very wide after all.
But life is a matter of infinite variety, and so nature is just one of my photographic interests. I love human life scenes in the city and in the country-side, I love ships, lighthouses, bridges, windmills etc. I must admit, however, that I am a bit of a purist. So I prefer to keep all these shots in their own box, which is this gallery.
For a long time I also had a third gallery here on devArt too, my lightthinker one, but I decided to give that one a rest. After all there is also a gallery of mine on Redbubble, with its own special subject, i.e. life in the Netherlands in all its aspects.
I do hope that the new start of this gallery will find the interest of many people here again. Just to give you an idea, here are some of the most popular shots from the past.
